We stayed in a spacious and comfortable villa at this hotel and were impressed with the tasteful Moroccan-themed decor and cleanliness. The maids came in daily to clean up and replace towels, ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout our stay. The staff, particularly Celine and Hinde, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We were able to message them through WhatsApp for any questions or issues, and they always responded promptly. The option to have a maid come in daily to cook breakfast and lunch for us was also convenient and worth the additional cost. The spa treatments were excellent, especially the Hamam treatment, and the surroundings of the villa were beautiful with scenic plants and flowers.
The hotel also had a lovely and clean pool area, where we enjoyed ordering lunch and ice creams. Although the nearest grocery store was a 20-minute walk away, we found it convenient to book taxis whenever we needed to go anywhere.

We loved the spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, big terrace, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was nice, especially with the children. The hotel had beautiful pools and a helpful shuttle service.
